Peel-Off Labels

A peel-off label is a two-layer label formed by bonding together two self-adhesive layers of material, usually white film or white and silver film. This is an ideal solution for putting more text on a small area of the label. By combining two layers of material, up to three pages of printing can be achieved. This solution makes it possible to include additional information, language versions, warning texts, etc. in situations where the surface of the product limits the larger size of the label. The peel-off labels we produce can be very advanced in terms of finishing. We can use white or silver foil as the top layer. On the visible outer layer we can apply full CMYK colour + additional white colour and achieve photographic quality. In addition, the surface of the label can be matte or glossy lacquered, and matte, glossy or soft touch laminated. Furthermore, we can apply a selective or puffy varnish in the form of a warning triangle on the top layer of the label. Our digital technology allows us, not only on the top layer, but also on the inner labels to apply CMYK colours along with white. An additional unique feature of our peel-off labels is the possibility to apply serialisation and personalisation on each layer.
