ETILAB is a modern printing house for self-adhesive labels printed using digital technology. Extensive technological and machine facilities allow us to use a wide range of printing methods - laser, screen printing and flexographic.

ETILAB is a modern printing house specialising in the printing of self-adhesive labels in digital technology. The machine park and technological facilities allow us to additionally use complementary printing technologies (screen and flexo). We own a hybrid MarkAndy DigitalOne label printing and finishing machine and two high-tech DC350 digital label finishing machines from Grafisk Maskinfabrik.We also have the latest Xeikon CX 300 label printing machine, which meets not only quality but also environmental requirements. The impetus for the purchase of the new printing machine was the desire to modernise the current machinery. The new machine makes it possible to put new and improved products in the current range into production, as well as increasing the company's production capacity. Etilab places great emphasis on ecology and promotes eco-friendly solutions in its operations. The CX300 fits perfectly into this trend. Firstly, it minimises the raw materials required for set-up and calibration compared to the previous CX3030 machine. Xeikon's use of the new ECO toners is a key element towards its sustainability goals. The new ECO toners consist of 60% sustainable ingredients, chemically derived from high quality recycled transparent PET bottles and other recycled carbon materials. No VOCs are emitted into the environment during the production of the toner or the printing process itself. Eco-friendly toners are suitable for indirect food contact applications.

Etiab Sp. z o.o. offers highly processed labels printed using primary colours together with special colours using a wide range of self-adhesive materials for various applications such as plain, structured papers, white, transparent and silver foils. The finishing process of the labels includes varnishing, selective varnishing, swelling varnish (for warning triangles or Braille lettering), lamination and additional decorative foil applications using hot stamping technology. Multilayer so-called peel-off labels, consisting of two or more layers of foil, and each layer can be a different material (e.g. white foil + silver foil), have also been added to the printer's portfolio. Each label can be personalised in many ways. The company serves customers in the FMCG, construction, automotive and publishing industries.
