ISO certifications

We take quality very seriously. Eliminating errors at every stage of label production is a fundamental criterion of our quality policy. In the course of our company's development over the years, we have developed a number of mechanisms to control the label printing process and are constantly improving it.

To document our efforts, in 2018 we implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system and the ISO 27001 information security system.

The priority objective of Etilab Sp. z o.o., based in Gliwice, is to continuously meet the requirements of our customers by achieving and maintaining a high level of quality in the production of self-adhesive labels.


The aspiration of Etilab Sp. z o.o. in terms of Quality Policy among the present and potential Customers is to establish a strong position on the market, a reliable business partner taking care of its Customers. Among our competitors, we always want to be at the forefront, thus having the reputation of a specialised supplier.
Maintaining the appropriate quality of the offered products and introducing a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard will allow the CEO to manage the company in a modern way, to compete with companies operating in the domestic and foreign markets, and will also allow us to meet all other set goals to be achieved.
We achieve this goal through:

  • individual and reliable approach to customers and gaining their permanent trust,
  • supplying products that meet the needs of our customers to the greatest extent possible,
  • taking into account the context of the company when planning operational activities,
  • strict control of production at every stage, using modern methods of testing, measuring and transmitting information,
  • constant improvement of the level of equipment and technical facilities,
  • systematic training of personnel to enable proper use of modern equipment,
  • improvement of professional qualifications in order to increase the quality of work performed,
  • optimising production costs and increasing economic efficiency,
  • identifying and overseeing risks and opportunities for ongoing processes,
  • reinforcement of the conviction that responsibility for the quality of products is the primary duty of each employee,
  • continuously improve the products and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System,
  • meeting applicable legal, regulatory and other requirements.

The guarantee of achieving the set goals is the awareness of the President of the Board of Directors and the company's employees of the need for continuous improvement of all processes aimed at achieving the satisfaction of our customers, resulting from meeting their needs and fulfilling the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.


The second priority goal of Etilab Sp. z o.o., based in Gliwice, is to continuously meet the requirements of our Customers by achieving and maintaining a high level of quality in the production of self-adhesive labels, with a guarantee of maintaining full security of processed information.


Taking the view that information is a strategic resource of any Organisation, an Information Security Management System has been implemented.
We want to provide our customers with adequate protection against unauthorised access, violation of the integrity or destruction of assets related to information storage and processing.
The issue of information protection plays an important role in the awareness of the Chairman of the Board, and therefore it occupies an important place among the tasks performed by Etilab Sp. z o.o. and is within the competence of its employees. The scope of protection and the measures taken are adequate to the ownership of assets related to information processing systems.
Etilab Sp. z o.o. ensures information security through:

  • continuous risk management, which consists of:
  • classification of resources and their value,
  • identifying the degree of threats and their consequences, taking into account criteria such as the effects of information loss, the place of occurrence,
  • defining actions to secure the assets,
  • change management, consisting of analysing the impact of changes on security levels and ensuring full coordination during the implementation of changes,
  • management of the continuity of the organisation through the definition and implementation of contingency instructions and procedures.
  • The main objectives set for an Information Security Management System compliant with the requirements of PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017 are:
  • to ensure compliance with the law and applicable legal, regulatory and other provisions,
  • protecting information processing systems from unauthorised access or destruction,
  • continually raising employee awareness,
  • reducing the risk of information loss,
  • involvement of all employees in information protection.

The guarantee of achieving the set objectives is the provision of the necessary means for the implementation of the Information Security Policy set, the setting and updating of objectives, the application of safeguards and security techniques, as well as the awareness of the Chairman of the Board and employees of the need for continuous improvement of all processes aimed at ensuring information security.
The Policy thus described and implemented, together with employees, will be promoted and applied with due diligence, ensuring that it remains up-to-date.
