Etilab Sp. z o.o. treats the data obtained with due care. The personal data acquired by our company are not shared with other entities. Our privacy policy meets the requirements of the Data Protection Regulation RODO. We have updated our privacy policy and our internal data protection policy. We invite you to learn more about how we process our Contractors' personal data on our website.
Etilab Sp. z o.o. hereinafter referred to as Etilab may obtain User data in one of the following ways:
- data provided to Etilab when contacting us by traditional mail or electronic means,
- data provided to Etilab during a telephone conversation,
- data exchanged during standard business cooperation and ongoing contacts,
- data recorded in contact forms on our website,
- data exchanged through our social media channels,
- personal data or (more frequently) company data registered in publicly available sources, i.e. from the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS), Central Registration and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG), Central Statistical Office (GUS), foreign office registration,
- data collected in the database of business entities prepared by Etilab Sp. z o.o. based on publicly available sources, e.g. websites or provided by data registrants.
Your contact with Etilab resulting in the disclosure of your personal data is entirely voluntary. However, also in this case, Etilab treats your personal data as confidential and does not share it with third parties.
Your data may be processed by Etilab in order to:
- enable the cooperation between Etilab and the User
- sending commercial information,
- answering questions,
- handling the order process,
- possibly concluding a commercial agreement
- to the extent necessary to perform contracts, orders and obligations,
- to comply with legal obligations to compile and keep records, including accounting records,
- to confirm the fulfilment of obligations and to assert or defend against claims.
Among the aforementioned information, there may be data which, on the basis of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as RODO), have the nature of personal data.
In accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, in particular the General Regulation, in order to ensure adequate protection of personal data, the data subject must first of all be provided with the information regarding the processing of his/her personal data set out in Article 13 or 14 of the RODO - depending on whether it was obtained directly from the data subject or from other sources.

The User's personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. on the basis of the necessity of the processing for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party.
The Administrator uses the User's data only for the communication of commercial information about its products and services and for the handling of enquiries and orders, and does not make them available to other third parties in doing so.
The Administrator processes the User's personal data to the extent that they are made available by publicly available sources.
The User's personal data will be processed by Etilab for the period necessary for the fulfilment of the company's legitimate interests referred to above.
The Controller shall make every effort to ensure all physical, technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable legislation

- request the Administrator to restrict the processing of your personal data,
