Aluminium labels with relief embossing
An interesting and increasingly popular solution for product labelling is aluminium labels. A rather unusual substrate is used here, which is a thin layer of aluminium. This is followed by printing and embossing, which gives the label a unique and exclusive appearance. Due to the nature of the material, it is possible to achieve interesting and unusual effects that are not possible on other types of substrate (the "old gold" or "old silver" effect). Aluminium labels are non-absorbent, odourless, completely opaque and highly resistant to external influences. They are also resistant to heat, moisture and radiation. Such labels are a modern solution that is very popular in the alcohol industry, among others. The production of this type of label requires high pressure forces to be applied during embossing.
